Yes, all the products are licensed by the Consortium for the protection of Parmigiano Reggiano. Our products ( Parmigiano Reggiano in the different ageing cycles more than 13,22,30 months, and our Parmigiano Reggiano Creams) are from small dairy farms of the Consortium where production is limited and highly controlled.
